Women Empowerment

Village women have been organized as Self Help Groups. These women have been trained for producing various small scale livelihood productions like Energy efficient Stove burners, Packaging of First Aid Kits, Production of Micro concrete roof tiles, spinning of Hammocks, production of soaps, production of coconut oils and breaking of cereals.

Now these women know the way for generating income for their livelihood. There are not dependent on anybody. These skills have given confidence in themselves. More than that, they are taking up added responsibility in the family and the village development.
